ESPRESSO BORGHETTI

For an energy-packed aperitif.
Ingredients
  • 5 cl Vodka
  • 3 cl Borghetti
  • 1 cl Caffè espresso
  • 1 cl sugar syrup
Method

Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add 3 cl of Borghetti, 5 cl of vodka, 1 cl of caffè espresso and 1 cl of sugar syrup, shake vigorously before straining into a cocktail glass.

  • Whipped cream
Method

Pour 4 cl Borghetti into a large glass and top with whipped cream and a sprinkling of bitter cocoa powder.

Method

Pour 5 cl of Borghetti and 2 cl of Sambuca Oro Borghetti into a wide glass with a few ice cubes. Mix rapidly with a cocktail stirrer.
